Warranty
All products are purchased from registered suppliers, are of the highest quality and covered by standard product warranties.

Billing
Prices are in Australian dollars including GST and may be subject to change without notice. If ordering from outside Australia, your credit card company will convert prices to your local currency. An Invoice (for your records) will be included with your order.

Types of payment accepted
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard credit cards. If you wish to pay by funds transfer, please call our office on 0352294632. You can also send a money order to our postal address 11 Yarra St ,Geelong,3220. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Protecting your credit card details is a top priority. Wet Weather Gear uses a secure server for all transactions, ensuring that your credit and personal details remain private and protected. If you have any concerns you may wish to place your order by fax or phone. See “fax order”

Refunds Policy
Goods that are faulty can be exchanged with Wet Weather Gear within 14 days. In these circumstances we will pay for the cost of returning the goods. Size charts are available on all stock. Exchanges can be made if an incorrect size has been ordered, freight at customer’s expense. We reserve the right to not refund if for other reasons such as, customer doesn’t like an item etc .
